Carmen Padrón Freundt - Estudio Manini

Carmen Padrón, JD, has a solid background and experience in advising domestic and foreign companies in general tax matters, tax planning, tax matters related to funding and representation before the tax authorities, and before the Tax Court regarding to decisions on tax collection. She also has experience in the corporate and administrative areas.

She is a former professor of Tax Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (1980-1995).

She is a former Technical Secretary at IFA and Former Member of the Tax Court (1993-1997).

She served as Vice Chairman of Corporate Restructuring INDECOPI, Member of the Intellectual Chamber (1988).

Currently, she is a member of The Bankruptcy Commission of INDECOPI.
