Education
Master’s Degree in Production Engineering and Management at University of Birmingham, England (1973-1974)
MBA in Business Management at ESAN University, Peru (1969-1970)
Industrial Engineering at National University of Engineering – UNI, Peru (1964-1968)


Experience
Engineer Chian Chong has a solid background and ample experience in the industrial sector and economic consultancy, which become him in one of the best advisors for the commercial promotion.

He has worked in several charges in the private sector, such as:Deputy General Manager of Industrial Kuresa, since 1970 until 1973; Industrial Engineer of FETSA in 1975; Planning Manager of Philips Peruana, between 1976 and 1981; Manager of Preserved Food Exports since 1981 until 1990; Broker of Foreign Trade for the sale of fishing and non-traditional agricultural products, since 1990 until 1993; General Manager of Bodegas Vista Alegre, between 1994 and 1996; General Manager of InversionesCofide S.A., between 1996 and 1998; General Manager of Lima Chamber of Commerce, since 1999 until 2001; and Economic Commercial Advisor of the Peruvian Embassy in the People’s Republic of China, between 2001 and 2011.

Currently, he works as General Manager of JECC Business & Consulting and as consultant of Manini Law Firm.

Mr. Chian is also a national and international lecturer and speaker, participating in several trade fairs of foods in Europe, Asia and America.
