Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (1969-1974).
Experience
Jorge Manini, JD, has a solid background and experience in advising domestic and foreign companies in General Tax Issues, Tax Planning, Tax Issues related to funding and representation before the Tax Authorities, and before the Tax Court against decisions on tax collection.
He has been the Director of the Tax Reform Project (2005).
Current President of the Business Committee of the Peruvian-Chinese Association (APCH) since 2003.
He has participated in various projects for specific legal reforms in taxation as well as privatization of Public enterprises to the private sector as well as in investment projects in several sectors, such as Agriculture, Mining, Industry, from 1995 to date.
