Mr. Vasi, JD, has a Master’s Degree with recognized academic and management experience in public entities, international corporations and accounting firms. He is specialized in regulation of public services, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Tax Law and Competition (Indecopi),havingadvanced knowledge of English, computer skills and the ability to lead, integrate and organize interdisciplinary working groupsthanks to his analytical, proactive thinking aim at complying with the companies’ goals; being also professor of the courses of Contracts, Partnerships, Commerce and Securities.

Dr. Vasi has worked as legal advisor to the General Directorate of Transport Concessions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (2013); legal advisor of the Deputy Management of Tax Regulation in OSINERGMIN (2012); legal and regulatory affairs manager of the public entity SEDAPAL S.A.
